Founded in 2022 and located in the New Britain/Hartford hub of Connecticut, CT3D is an advanced design, manufacturing, and fabrication company. We bridge the gap between imagination and production, providing hobbyists, startups, and established enterprises with the tools to innovate without the traditional overhead. Backed by deep expertise in both traditional machining and advanced additive manufacturing, we push the envelope of what is possible.

Bringing a product to market used to require massive upfront investment in tooling and inventory. CT3D disrupts this by focusing on Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), rapid 3D printing, CNC machining, and seamless integration of off-the-shelf components.

Whether you are developing complex mechanical assemblies, integrating embedded electronics, or scaling up to large-format parts, we iterate quickly. Once the design is perfected, your product lives as a digital asset on your storefront (TikTok, Etsy, Squarespace). We only fabricate and fulfill the order when a customer makes a purchase, completely eliminating your inventory risk.

Uncompromising Quality & Security:

CT3D is a registered small business with the State of Connecticut DAS/CTGateway, the US System for Award Management (SAM.gov), and the Defense Logistics Agency (CAGE code: 16HW0). We are actively scaling our quality management systems to support rigorous defense, aerospace, and industrial standards. Our current compliance roadmap includes:

• Defense & Security Readiness (3 - 8 Months): CMMC Level 1, JCP, and ITAR compliance.

• Additive Manufacturing Excellence (6 - 8 Months): ISO/ASTM 52901 & 52920, UL3400 facility practices, and America Makes / ANSI Additive Manufacturing Standards Framework.

• Aerospace & Advanced Quality Systems (Target 24 Months): AS9100D, ISO9001, and NADCAP Additive Manufacturing Task Group certification.
